The "Rhythm" of Dhanishta

Instagram article from May of 2017 @Claire.Nakti

Moon is in Dhanistha, the final Mars-ruled Nakshatra. This nakshatra is associated with the automatic consciousness of the integrated libido, located in the Mulahdara center. When we perform any activity that we have deeply practiced, we have an effortless grace and skill about the activity. This effortlessness is a manifestation of the Will expressing itself through the activity independent of the intellect, which increases doubt and clumsiness. This is why Dhanistha natives excel at dance, modeling, and any kind of rythymic physical activity. Dhanistha moon is a placement that many of the most universally admired women have, with natives such as Marilyn Monroe, Jane Mansfield, Sophia Loren, Gigi Hadid, and Candice Swanepoel etc. In the writings of Crowley, he was very clear that the main practices that he recommended centered around memorization and integrating specific rituals into one's being through careful repetition. This slowly turns the human body into a kind of Yantra or talisman for a cosmic force, which is the goal of all true spirituality. Dhanistha-stage individuals are like a soldier blindly obeying-- with utmost grace and precision-- the instructions of their own personal rhythm and melody. They have transcended the intellect and have locked themselves into obeying the light and instructions from the Ajna chakra, and so can seem mysterious to others and controlled by some unseen force. This produces the phenomenon known as Genius. To reach the Dhanistha stage we must memorize and integrate the unique instructions we receive in the Shravana stage from our own Ajna Chakra, then follow them unflinchingly in the deepest part of our being. We must do this in order to pass the challenges of the following Nakshatra, Shatabhisa. From the later Padhas of Dhanistha all the way until Ashwini, it is not auspicious to begin any undertaking. This is especially true now, as moon is waning.
