Notable Features (Astrological Physiognomy)

Revati is one of the nakshatras with the most pronounced lips, granting many Revati-dominant natives with natural full, even, and luscious lips. One notable element to Revati lips is the frequent presence of a "keyhole" or depression in the lower lip, with an emphasized central dividing line. One interesting note is that in Mantra Purusha (correlating mantras to marma points), the lower lip is AIM ऐं, the Mercury bija (Revati being the height and refinement of Mercury's energies).

Excited by how much you match? I'd love to see!

Goddess Connections

Explored in depth in my video "Rohini in the Modern World" (Link Below)

Bagalamukhi is the "noose-face" Goddess associated with the Nagas. For example, turmeric is used to worship Nagas in South Indian; Ashlesha nakshatra gives the power to paralyze, poison, and overcome one's enemies. Bagalmukhi was said to be born in a lake of turmeric, and as can be seen, these women are often found in art in "vore" scenarios, in which a woman fully swallows her male prey (below). In the myth of Parvati swallowing Shiva whole in a snake-like manner, she is cursed by him and called "Bagalamukhi", while the mahavidya, Dhumavati, is produced from the smoke involved in this myth.

Please note: This is one of my earliest nakshatra videos, from 2017. I will be remaking it in the future in more depth, in the style of my 2019 and onward nakshatra videos (such as Swati & Ashlesha).

Explored in MUCH more depth in my video "Revati Nakshatra in the Modern World", with other archetypes shared as well.

add stuff about Peter Stormare (Hollywood's Villian), Jared leto as villain in bladerunner, cillian murphy as scarecrow, Angeline Jolie in girl interrupted, Jeremy meeks

For those who produce astrology content, please note: Most of the information contained on this page (other than traditional associations and anything else noted/sourced otherwise)-- such as the archetypes in art and the media, facial appearance & physiognomy notes, facial morphs, many elements of the Goddess connections to nakshatras, and statistical graphing notes-- is original research, not something regurgitated from elsewhere for anyone's random use, as is often done on the internet. For that reason, I am highly appreciative if you reference my work in any content you plan to publish that includes these original notes. I put a ton of my time into collecting and sharing this information for free, and really appreciate it not being taken carelessly.
